WE ARE OFFERING SECURED SHIPPING AND HANDLING. SO HOW CAN WE OFFER OUR CLIENTS LESS?
1. HOW LONG WILL ORDER POSSESSING AND SHIPMENT TAKE?
Orders typically take up to 1-2 days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays. During the peak and holiday period, processing times may take up to 14 days. You will receive an email confirming your purchase. Shipping can take up to another 14 days. In total you can expect between 3 - 5 weeks in total.
2. I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE OF/SOME OF THEM WHY?
We do our best to reduce costs on your end so that you do not have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items ! If you ordered multiple items from us, it is highly likely that the goods will be shipped in several packages. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.
The prices shown on the receipts received may be lower from what you have paid but please note that these prices do not include any taxes and tariffs that may have been incurred.
3. THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?
If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.
Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!
4. WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?
No worries! contact us. support@susmex.com and we'll help guide you through the process - we'll send you a prepaid mailer to send the item back.
